Customer Service Representative with Spanish and English


This is an ideal position for you if :

–  you are fluent in Spanish (level C1),

–  you  have a very good knowledge of English (level B2/C1),

–  you have experience in customer service (nice to have),


Your duties:

– customer service in Spanish and English (you will not conduct sales activities)

– providing solutions concerning technical enquiries in cooperation with the IT department,

– providing information about solutions offered by our client from the new technology industry.

– Flexible working hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm/ or 10:00 am – 6:00 pm),
